WEST HARBOR POND

Occasionally we have been asked about the possibility of using fireworks at any time around the West Harbor Pond area. As West Harbor Pond is entirely within the boundaries of Boothbay Harbor, the Watershed area is bound to follow the regulations that apply to the Town. These basically prohibit the sale and use of any consumer fireworks except small sparklers without a permit, and even then only with a two week public notice. We hope that residents of the Watershed area will adhere to these regulations.
