The West Harbor Pond Watershed Association funds its many activities through membership dues of $15 per year, donations from members and supporters, and other sources of revenue like the annual plant sale and sales of WHPWA merchandise. Because the WHPWA is a 501(c)(3) organization, your dues and contributions are tax-deductible. The activities supported by your dues and generous donations include:
Water quality monitoring
Educational programs, including LakeSmart
Donations to the Volunteer Lake Monitoring Program and the Maine Lakes Society

Print and complete the membership form and bring it to the Annual Meeting this summer, or mail it with your tax-deductible dues and any additional tax-deductible donation to:

Who is eligible to join?
All individuals, businesses, and nonprofit groups who own property within the West Harbor Pond Geographical Watershed and who support the mission of the WHPWA may become members. Those who do not own property within the Watershed may become associate members.
