Does WHPWA membership offer Pond access?

West Harbor Pond has no public beach or public boat launch.  Most of the shoreline is private property.  The public portion of the shoreline can be found at the southern end, off the bridge crossing over Route 27 and the northwestern end, off the bridge crossing Lakeside Drive.  Accessing the pond at these locations requires caution due to steep banks and guardrails.
